Job summary

Rogers-O’Brien Construction is seeking a Superintendent with 7–10 years of commercial construction experience, including Hi-Rise Ground-Up projects. You will lead field operations, ensuring clear communication among trade partners, clients, architects, and stakeholders to deliver a premier product.

You will oversee scheduling, safety, and QA with the Project Manager, using Procore to track progress and maintain project standards. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in commercial construction with Ground-Up experience.
• Experience coordinating with PMs and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain quality.
• Ability to establish subcontractor performance schedules.
• Experience inspecting sites for OSHA violations and unsafe practices.
• Experience conducting Toolbox Talks with all employees.
