Job summary

Rogers-O’Brien Construction seeks a Superintendent with 7–10 years of experience in commercial construction, including Hi-Rise Ground-Up projects. You will be the on-site lead for all field operations, coordinating with the Project Manager and trade partners to deliver high-quality, complex buildings.

Expect daily, clear communication with clients, architects, and stakeholders; set schedules; monitor safety and QA; and lead toolbox talks.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in commercial construction, with Ground-Up high-rise or multi-family exposure.
• Experience on projects with $10M+ scope is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all field operations for the project.
• Coordinate with PM in early identification of problem areas that affect project quality.
• Establish subcontractor performance schedules.
• Inspect the site for OSHA violations and unsafe practices and conditions.
• Conduct Toolbox Talks with all employees.
