Qualifications

• 10+ years of direct lending or credit support experience with a focus on client relationships.
• Knowledge of Commercial Banking products and services.
• Local market knowledge in the New York area.
• Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals; top individual contributor.
• Sales management and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with non-profit clients whose annual revenues are $150 million and above.
• Champion a culture of innovation and a customer-centric mindset by serving as a Relationship Manager for HHN customers and prospects.
• Develop new and deepen existing HHN relationships by focusing on lending, treasury, and liquidity solutions and partner with other lines of business.
• Stay current with HHN industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or partnerships and bring thought leadership to HHN customers.
• Mentor junior HHN team members to contribute to long-term business success and talent development.
