Job summary

NorthBay Home Health is seeking dedicated RNs and LPNs to provide high-quality, compassionate home health care in Auburndale, FL. This role offers night shift opportunities and weekend options to fit your schedule, with emphasis on one-on-one patient care.

Deliver individualized 1:1 nursing care in patients' homes, follow care plans, administer medications, and communicate with physicians and caregivers. Active Florida license required; compact license accepted; pediatric experience preferred;

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN or LPN license (compact license accepted).
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience preferred.
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with G-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators a plus.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
• AHCA Level 2 background screening required.

Location: Auburndale, FL
Schedule: Saturday 7p-7a; Sunday 7a-3p (or every other Sunday); Thursday 7a-7p
