Job summary

Sara Companion Home Care Services is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator in Valley Stream to manage schedules for Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides. You will match caregivers with clients based on needs and availability, while maintaining clear communication with clients and internal staff.

The role requires 3+ years of LHCSA scheduling experience, excellent customer service, and strong problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced setting. On-call shifts are included.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of verifiable experience scheduling HHAs/PCAs at a Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules for Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs).
