Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a Home Health Aide to support patient care in the comfort of clients' homes.

You will deliver direct patient care, monitor vital signs, and assist with activities of daily living while documenting observations to ensure high-quality, compassionate service. We require an HHA/CNA/STNA certificate and at least one year of verifiable health care experience, plus a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Qualifications

• One year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience.
• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA or STNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate required.
• Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assistance per the plan of care.
• Obtain vital signs and other measurements and document findings.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care).
• Recognize and report abnormal findings or changes in patient status.

• Sundays 10a-6p
• Saturdays 9a-5p
• Tue/Thurs: 4-7:30P
• Wednesday: 3:30-7:30P
