Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) for The Village at Willow Crossings in Mansfield, MA. The role involves delivering care to residents in a warm, home-like setting and supporting daily living activities.

The shift is 2pm-10pm, with every other weekend. A valid CNA/HHA/LNA license is required, and prior SNF/AL experience is preferred. Dementia care experience is a plus. Perks include a robust benefits package and retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Document care provided and report changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Use customer service skills to ensure residents receive compassionate care.
• Perform other duties as needed.

The Village at Willow Crossings is hiring a Per Diem HHA to join our team.

Schedule: 2pm-10pm (includes every other weekend)

Starting rate: $18.50/hour

We are looking for a compassionate HHA to join our team! As a Home Health Aide, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

HHA Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
