Care Connect at Home in Boca Raton, FL seeks Experienced HHA or CNA to join our family-owned agency serving seniors and adults who need help at home. You will provide personal care, mobility assistance, companionship, meal prep, and light housekeeping.

We offer weekly pay, flexible schedules including days, evenings, overnights and weekends, and supportive office staff. Requirements: Florida HHA or CNA, CPR, TB test, valid driver’s license, Hoyer lift experience, and ability to pass a Level II

Qualifications

• Florida HHA certificate or CNA license is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Current TB test is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Hoyer Lift experience is preferred.
• Ability to pass a Level II background check.
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional behavior is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Helping with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Meal prep and feeding assistance.
• Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, dishes).
• Following personalized care plans.
• Reporting any changes in condition to our team.
