Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare Franchising, LLC is immediately hiring for weekend shifts requiring a Florida CNA license or HHA certification. The role focuses on non-medical client needs, companionship, and daily activities, with attention to ADLs and meal preparation.

You will follow office policies and ensure reliable care by being punctual and covering long shifts. Qualifications include Florida CNA or HHA, First Aid & CPR, a negative TB test, and Level 2 AHCA background clearance.

Qualifications

• CNA License (Florida) or HHA certification required.
• Current First Aid & CPR certification.
• TB negative PPD within last 6 months.
• Pass Level 2 background check through AHCA clearinghouse.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Assist with ADLs, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish communication with clients, families, and co-workers.
• Adhere to policies and procedures set by office administration.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and covering shifts as scheduled.

• Current TB (negative PPD results) in the last 6 months
