Right at Home Palm Beach is seeking compassionate CNAs and HHAs in the Lake Worth, Florida area to provide in-home care. You will support patients with activities of daily living, mobility, meal prep, medication reminders, and companionship.

The role offers flexibility in scheduling, paid training, overtime pay, mileage reimbursement, and direct deposit options. A valid CNA or HHA certification is required, with background checks and valid driver’s license as needed.

Qualifications

Essential Functions:

• Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living. These could include (but are not limited to):
  
  • Personal Hygiene

• Performs housekeeping activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning bathroom
• Performs patient-specific activities. These could include (but are not limited to):
• Providing hospice supportive care
  
  • Medication reminders
• Assisting with exercises
• Incontinence care
• Use lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts

Preferred Experience in:

Requirements:

• CNA license or HHA Certificate (HHAs - Must have badge from Palm Beach County - no exceptions!)
• Valid Driver License or State Photo ID
• Second form of ID (SSN, Passport, Voter's Registration, etc.)
• Auto Insurance
• Vehicle Registration
• CPR Card (cannot be an online class)
• TB or Chest X-ray
• Level 2 Fingerprint Background check
• Alzheimer's, HIV, and Assisting with medications CEU
