Right at Home Palm Beach is seeking compassionate CNAs and HHAs to provide in-home care in Palm Beach, FL. The role includes personal care, light housekeeping, and companionship, with attention to safety and patient comfort.

The position offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and benefits such as travel time between clients, overtime, and referral bonuses. A valid CNA/HHA credential, driver’s license, and background check are required.

Qualifications

• CNA license or HHA certificate required.
• Valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Second form of ID (SSN, passport, etc.).
• Auto insurance.
• CPR card (not online).
• TB or Chest X-ray.
• Level 2 fingerprint background check.
• Alzheimer's, HIV, and medications CEU.
• 1 letter of recommendation.

Responsabilités

• Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living.
• Includes assistance with hygiene, ambulation/transfers, dressing/shaving, meals, appointments.
• Performs housekeeping tasks: vacuuming, dusting, dishes, laundry, cleaning bathrooms.

Essential Functions:

Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living. These could include (but are not limited to):

• Personal Hygiene
• Ambulation/Transfers
• Dressing/Shaving
• Prepares meals and snacks according to instructions
• Accompany patient on errands or medical appointments

Performs housekeeping activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning bathroom

• Providing hospice supportive care
• Medication reminders
• Assisting with exercises
• Incontinence care
• Use lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts

Preferred Experience in:

• Hoyer lift
• Personal care
• Range of Motion Exercises
• Companionship
• Light cleaning

Requirements:

• CNA license or HHA Certificate
