Job summary

Havenova Home Care Solutions LLC in Massachusetts is seeking a dependable Home Health Aide/CNA/HHA/PCA to provide in-home support for clients with mobility limitations, including transfer using a Hoyer lift.

This role requires compassion, safety focus, and accurate visit documentation. Training and ongoing support are provided; opportunity for growth within a multi-state home care team.

Qualifications

• Prior hands-on experience using a Hoyer lift / mechanical patient lift.
• Negative TB test (PPD/TB screening) — required for Medicare compliance.
• Ability to pass background check.
• HHA/PCA certification (or willingness to obtain).
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Hoyer lift for client transfers (bed to wheelchair, wheelchair to bathroom, etc.).
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Assist with mobility, positioning, and fall prevention.
• Provide companionship and light housekeeping as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to care team.
• Maintain accurate visit and care documentation.
