Compassionate Connections Home Care in Florida is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home personal care and companion services. You will assist clients with ADLs, meal planning, transportation, and light housekeeping, while maintaining accurate documentation.

Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, are available, with training provided and opportunities for growth. Join a supportive team delivering high-quality care to clients in Lake, Sumter and Marion counties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance.

Responsabilités

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Meal planning and preparation.
• Light housekeeping and transportation.
• Medication reminders and monitoring health status.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide high-quality care to clients in their homes, to include:

• Assistance with ADLs, to include activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Meal planning & preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Transportation
• Medication reminders
• Monitor client’s health status
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in caregiving or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic, patient, and reliable.
• Must clear a Level 2 Background Screening
