Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living Mgmt Inc is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities and to engage them in meaningful conversations and activities. You will follow ISP plans, promote safety and independence, and collaborate with families and care teams to ensure high-quality care.

The role includes dining support, memory-care enrichment, and adherence to safety and dignity standards, with paid training and career growth opportunities in a supportive senior-care

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain)
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
