Job summary

The Wyndmoor Group seeks a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to support seniors at our Indiana facility. You will observe patient conditions, report changes, and assist with activities of daily living following individual care plans.

Ideal candidates hold CNA or HHA certification in Indiana, can prioritize tasks, communicate clearly in English, and thrive in a collaborative team. Experience in long-term or assisted living is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required in Indiana.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently.
• Read, write, speak and understand English fluently.
• Clean registry with no abuse, neglect, or misappropriation findings.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report changes in patient’s condition to the supervising nurse.
• Assist with geriatric care needs and activities of daily living.
• Document observations and maintain professional, respectful interactions.
• Foster good resident and family relationships through teamwork.

• Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language.
• Must have no finding in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property.
• Can foster good resident and family relationships.
• Ability to effectively collaborate within a team environment.
• A passion for working with elderly residents.
• Experience in a long-term or assisted living facility a plus, but not required.
