Job summary

Interim HealthCare RMC is seeking a Home Health Aide to deliver direct patient care in clients' homes, following the plan of care and documenting vital signs and changes in condition.

The role requires 1 year of health aide experience and an HHA/CNA certificate; a valid driver's license is also required. We offer competitive pay and flexible scheduling to fit your life and community needs.

Qualifications

• One (1) year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience.
• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA or STNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate, required.
• Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance Required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care
• Obtaining vital signs and other measurements as directed and documents findings
• Aiding with activities of daily living (i.e., bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care)
