Job summary

Smart Solutions in Carlisle is recruiting an experienced HGV 2 Driver (Cat C) to join a well-established operation. This role offers ongoing, well-paid work with consistent hours and a strong work/life balance.

The driver will complete two runs per shift between client sites, perform daily vehicle safety checks, report any defects promptly, ensure safe deliveries and collections, and follow DVSA regulations and company procedures at all times. Armed Forces Covenant support included.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HGV 2 Driver (Cat C).
• Flexible to work both day and back shifts.
• Ability to complete deliveries and collections safely and efficiently.

Job Type: Full-Time | Immediate Starts Available

Working Hours: This role requires flexibility to work both day and back shifts. Day shifts commence between 4:00am and 6:00am, while back shifts commence between 12:00pm and 2:00pm. Applicants must be able to accommodate both start time windows.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV 2 Driver (Cat C) to join a well-established operation based in Carlisle. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional and reliable driver looking for ongoing, well-paid work with consistent hours and a great work/life balance.
