Job summary

Mediacom Communications is seeking a Supervisory professional to oversee HFC network personnel in Mason City, IA or Fort Dodge, IA, with travel within the Capital West Region. The role ensures proper plant maintenance and project execution, while leading a team of skilled technicians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level work experience in telecom/engineering environments is a plus.
• Strong project management and communication skills are required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and supervisors with precision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Broadband Specialist IV, V, and Headend technicians.
• Oversee HFC network projects and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Review daily reports to identify area problems and escalations.
• Resolves trouble call escalations.
• Ensure safety and a positive work environment.
• Complete reports as needed and manage staff schedules.
• Hire, train, and supervise technical staff; oversee work schedules.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
