Royal Caribbean Group in Florida is seeking a Manager, HF&B Procurement to lead the staff in delivering procurement objectives for hotel, food and beverage categories. The role covers sourcing, negotiations, and contracting aligned with brand requirements.

The position is onsite at 100 Biscayne Blvd, Florida. Successful candidate will manage supplier performance, develop cost-to-own strategies, and partner with Brand Ops to drive value while ensuring on-time delivery and compliant contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (or international equivalent).
• 3–5 years managerial experience in cruise line, supply chain or procurement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with senior personnel.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages an efficient total cost of ownership model.
• Negotiates or supervises the negotiation of equipment, supplies, and services.
• Plans, organizes, and controls the activities related to the assigned procurement function.
• Directs the work of procurement staff and assigns duties.
• Manages supplier quality, cost, and delivery terms.
• Leads value creation initiatives and collaborates with Brand Ops.
• Evaluates suppliers and conducts major reviews.
• Prepares purchase orders, change notices, contracts and vendor agreements.
• Performs other duties as required.
