Job summary

Vishay Intertechnology, Columbus, NE, is seeking a Herm Seal Operator on the 1st shift (Mon–Thu, 5:00am–3:30pm). The role seals hermetic resistors using an induction coil and Lepel unit, ensuring products meet specifications.

You will view products through a microscope and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, and ability to interpret specifications and lift 5–10 pounds.

Responsibilities
