Vishay Dale Electronics, Columbus, NE is seeking a Herm Seal Operator to seal hermetic resistors on 1st shift (Mon–Thu, 5:00am–3:30pm). Overtime is available as needed. You will be responsible for producing Vishay products that meet quality and customer expectations.

The role requires interpreting specifications, setting up and adjusting equipment, and visual inspection of products, with microscope inspection and participation in continuous improvement activities.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to accurately interpret specifications.
• Ability to lift 5 to 10 pounds.

• Produce a high-quality sealed product as called out in the spec.
• Set up and adjust equipment efficiently by visual inspection of product.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
• View product through microscope.

R esponsible for producing Vishay products that meet and exceed quality and customer expectations.

Job Summary:

Operator will be responsible for properly sealing the Herm Seal product.

What you will be doing:

• Seal hermetic resistors with induction coil attached to Lepel unit.
• Will be required to produce a high-quality sealed product as called out in the spec.
• Will need to be efficient in setup and equipment adjustments by visual inspection of product produced.
• Participates in continuous improvement activities
• Viewing product through microscope.
