Qualifications

• PhD in Spanish linguistics with a focus on heritage learners or related discipline.
• Ability to teach Spanish for heritage learners at all undergraduate levels.
• May be asked to teach Spanish (L2) language courses at all undergraduate levels.

Responsibilities

• Teach a 4/4 load (eight undergraduate courses per year).
• Recruit, advise and mentor Spanish majors, minors, and certificate students.
• Collaborate with department and College colleagues on governance and program development.
• Contribute to curriculum design and student success through inclusive practices.
