Job summary

Henkel invites applications for its 24-month Rotational Program in Adhesive Technologies, offering hands-on experiences across three functional units in the United States. You will rotate through locations, perform laboratory testing, analyze data, and present findings to customers and teams.

Ideal candidates hold a relevant engineering degree, demonstrate mobility, and show strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. This program requires U.S.

Qualifications

  • BS in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Eng, Material Science, Chemistry or similar degree required.
  • Mobility required; relocate for three 8-month rotations across various US locations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Problem solving and analytical thinking skills required.
  • Academic achievement (3.0+ preferred).
  • Leadership ability and collaboration within teams; internship/co-op preferred.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support customer projects through laboratory testing, product evaluations, performance validation, and data generation for new and existing applications.
  • Partner with customers, sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to solve technical challenges, optimize processes, and identify new applications.
  • Analyze test results, develop technical recommendations, and communicate findings via reports, presentations, and customer interactions.
  • Provide technical support through customer visits, product demonstrations, troubleshooting, and training sessions.
  • Collaborate with Product Development, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Sales to support innovation and growth.
  • Contribute to strategic projects and rotations including research, application development, process improvement, and customer-focused initiatives.

What you´ll do

Working in three different locations and business units throughoutthe program you will:

The salary rangefor this role is $70,000.00 and $73,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimumand maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at thetime of posting.In addition to base salary, this position may be eligiblefor incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. TheCompany also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actualcompensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills,experience, education, training, and work location.
