Allied Beverage Group in Elizabeth, NJ is seeking a Category Development Specialist to drive Hemp Direct Sales, RTD, and Low/No activations across Off & On Premise channels. You will manage key accounts, develop annual plans, and push brand strategies to achieve profitable growth.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of sales experience, a 4-year degree, and strong negotiation and leadership skills. The role requires flexible hours and a collaborative, family-based culture with a focus on performance.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years sales experience with budget and marketing exposure.
• 4-year college degree or equivalent required.
• Comprehensive understanding of Hemp/RTD/Low/No Alcohol brands.
• Ability to adapt to diverse internal customer groups.
• Strong negotiation skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities

• Sell Hemp Beverage Portfolio and drive volume/profitability by brand.
• Ensure compliance with Hemp/RTD/Low/No brand strategies.
• Develop and execute account plans and drive category management.
• Build trusted-advisor status with accounts and participate in planning.
• Meet KPI targets and manage vendor relations with buyers.
• Lead annual plans for key accounts and activate marketing programs.
• Oversee account performance and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly business reviews.
