Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience or related field.
• Budget, sales and marketing experience.
• 4-year college degree or equivalent.
• Understanding Hemp/RTD/Low/No Alcohol brands and category trends.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Sell Hemp Beverage Portfolio and achieve volume and profitability targets.
• Deliver on KPIs and brand objectives across Off Premise and On Premise.
• Develop strategic account plans and build preferred supplier status.
• Engage buyers, participate in planning, and provide market insights.
• Lead account development with best practices and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor and adjust programs to meet goals and optimize ROI.
