Job summary

IND HEMP LLC is seeking an experienced Fiber Production Operator to join our Fort Benton facility. Multiple levels (Operator I-III) offer hands-on duties including operating and inspecting production equipment, loading and unloading materials, and ensuring safety and quality across shifts.

Responsibilities vary by level and emphasize learning across stations, timely task completion, and collaboration with team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience operating heavy equipment and forklifts a plus.
• Basic understanding of computers and math comprehension.
• Prior manufacturing (grain or food processing) or agriculture experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and inspect production facility equipment as assigned.
• Safely operate lift equipment and other equipment as certified.
• Accept and perform tasks within timelines while gaining physical and technical skills.
• Perform routine production equipment maintenance under Operator II and Operator III guidance.
• Work closely with Operator II, Operator III, and supervisors.
