Job summary

IND HEMP LLC is hiring Fiber Production Operator roles (Operator I/II/III) in Fort Benton, MT. The facility runs 7 days with weekday, weekend, and night shifts. Pay is $20.00–$24.00 per hour, plus weekend and night differentials, with full benefits as described.

Operators perform equipment operation, inspection, setup, monitoring, quality checks, material handling, packaging, and forklift operation. Safety, quality, and teamwork are emphasized across all levels with cross-training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related training a plus.
• Prior experience operating heavy equipment or forklifts is a plus.
• Basic understanding of computers and math.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safe practices and maintain a safe work environment.
• Follow GMP and SOP policies and keep facilities clean.
• Load/unload materials and package products.
• Monitor production lines for proper function and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery as needed.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment; cross-train across stations.
• Work closely with teammates and maintain good attendance.
• Demonstrate ability to learn new tasks across production stations.
