Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Lab Sciences, or Biological, Chemical or Physical Sciences.
• 4 years' experience as a NYS Certified Medical Laboratory Technologist.
• Experience in morphological identification of bone marrow aspirates.
• Experience with immunohistochemistry is preferred but not required.

• Coordinate testing with Histology, IHC, Cytogenetics, Molecular, Flow laboratories.
• Review requisitions and order entries; verify specimen accuracy.
• Perform morphological review of bone marrow aspirates, biopsies, tissues, and peripheral blood smears.
• Create concise, accurate reports for hematopathology review.
• Maintain organized records and enter results with minimal supervision.
