Albany Med Health System is seeking a seventh AP/CP board-certified, Hematopathology fellowship-trained pathologist to join our growing Division of Hematopathology in Albany, NY. The role includes hematopathology sign-out on a rotating basis and participation in shared hematopathology call.

Qualifications

• AP/CP board-certified hematopathologist with hematopathology fellowship training.
• Sign-out of hematopathology cases including bone marrow, tissue, and CSF.
• Academic and translational research opportunities are available and encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Hematopathology sign-out on a rotating basis (bone marrow, tissue, blood/CSF).
• Shared hematopathology call coverage.
• Collaborate with residents, fellows and medical students during sign-out and conferences.
