Job summary

Regeneron is seeking an Associate Director, Hematology Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) in the Midwest. This field-based, non-sales role focuses on enhancing interactions with hematology thought leaders at academic centers and leading community practices for our hematology bispecific.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Leadership to align strategy with tactics, execute key initiatives, and drive meaningful thought leader engagements across conferences and day-to-day

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced education a plus.
• Experience in specialty pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical roles with 10+ years in thought leader liaison, field sales, or related areas.
• Marketing strategy expertise in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with physician-administered biologics preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Engage in strategic discussions with key hematology thought leaders in the geography.
• Conduct business discussions on on-label product information and disease state.
• Drive a customer-centric, needs-based approach to thought leader engagements.
• Coordinate thought leader engagements for conferences and day-to-day activities.
• Develop and maintain a list of key thought leaders in the assigned geography.
• Assist with thought leader development and speaker bureau placements.
• Share insights with Marketing and other functions.
• Support regional/national advisory board planning and speaker coordination.
• Ensure all interactions adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines.
