Antech Diagnostics, part of MarsScience & Diagnostics, seeks a Hematology Technician IV to support high-volume lab operations. You will prepare samples, set up instruments, run tests, read and release results, and maintain quality control within a collaborative laboratory setting.

The role requires a BS in Biology or MLT and at least 2 years reading abnormal differentials; strong attention to detail, teamwork, and familiarity with SOPs. Shift is overnight Tue-Sun; competitive benefits apply.

Formación

• BS Degree in Biology or MLT or equivalent, with 2 years’ experience reading abnormal differentials in high volume operations.
• Experience reading abnormal differentials in high volume operations.
• Knowledge of lab terminology and procedures; parasitology procedures/tools helpful.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and run lab tests.
• Read and release test results.
• Read CBC, Avian and Exotic slides.
• Read UA slides at a minimum rate of 45 per hour, bacteria and path review slides at a rate of 50 slides per hour.
• Build hematology and UA loads.
• Perform all required quality control per QA guidelines including instrument maintenance and temperature charts.
• Restock supplies and keep work area clean and organized.
• May assist with training new hires.
