Job summary

Antech Diagnostics, part of Mars Science & Diagnostics, is seeking a Hematology Technician II for overnight shifts. The role performs lab analyses, prepares samples, runs tests, and releases results with a focus on accuracy and quality.

You will operate instruments, maintain QC, and support cross-team efforts in a fast-paced veterinary diagnostics lab. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with lab experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Laboratory knowledge and instrument operation experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and accurate data entry are essential.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced lab environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to learn new assignments efficiently and support teams.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run lab tests.
• Read and release test results.
• Read UA slides and path review slides per department needs.
• Build hematology and UA loads and calibrate instruments.
• Perform quality control and maintenance per SOPs.
• Restock supplies and keep an organized work area.
• Collaborate with senior peers and participate in projects.
