Antech Diagnostics is seeking a Hematology Technician II to join our on-site laboratory team in NY. This role performs hematology analyses, prepares samples, operates instruments, and releases results with strict QA adherence.

The position requires the ability to work a night shift (12:30am–8:00am) and to participate in occasional overtime as needed to support lab operations. We emphasize integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced veterinary diagnostics setting.

Qualifications

• Laboratory skills and experience with setting up, running and operating lab instruments.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and result reporting.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced laboratory environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run lab tests.
• Read and releases test results.
• Perform quality control per QA guidelines.
• Handle specimens and prepare blood smears as needed.
