• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, business, or related field with extensive experience in drug development.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership in multicultural, matrixed portfolio environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead hematology portfolio governance for DRCs and senior forums, shaping decisions and materials.
• Partner with R&D and Commercial leaders to frame strategic portfolio choices and prioritization trade-offs.
• Drive senior stakeholder alignment and synthesize program progress for executive updates.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure governance decisions are informed by complete program information.
