BeOne Medicines Ltd. seeks a Senior Director, Portfolio Strategy and Governance - Hematology to lead governance discussions across R&D, Commercial, Finance and executive leadership, translating strategy into decision-ready actions.

The role manages the Hematology Development Review Committee (Heme DRC), shapes agendas, ensures robust materials, and tracks follow-through, while contributing to annual portfolio strategy and prioritization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, business, or related field with 12+ years in roles
• Strong understanding of drug development and governance processes
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management
• Experience supporting senior governance forums and development review committees
• Hematology/oncology experience preferred; leadership in a matrixed environment

Responsibilities

• Lead hematology portfolio governance through the Heme DRC and senior forums
• Develop executive-ready materials and track action-item closure
• Partner with R&D, Commercial, Finance, and governance to align decisions
• Drive process improvements for governance efficiency and transparency
