Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid RN or LPN license in Indiana.
• ASN or BSN degree.
• Must enable multi-factor authentication for IHI systems.
• On-site presence at Indianapolis center required.

Responsibilities

• Instructs patients on factor dosing and education for medication administration.
• Coordinate complex patient cases and ensure EMR documentation is timely.
• Collaborate with pharmacy and billing teams to meet patient needs and minimize financial risks.
• Support individualized dosing plans and factor-utilization reviews.
• Monitor adherence, factor usage, and bleed tracking; review infusion logs.
• Conduct home visits and needs assessments.
• Assist with scheduling clinic visits and telehealth appointments.
• Document patient interactions and refill requests in the EMR.
• Collect clinical data (bleed logs, adherence) for care coordination.
