As the Pharmacy Nurse Care Coordinator, you will provide advanced clinical coordination for patients with bleeding disorders. In this role you will support individualized treatment plans, manage complex patient cases, and collaborate closely with IHI physicians and multidisciplinary teams. The coordinator plays a key role in adherence monitoring, insurance navigation, and specialty‑medication logistics.
This position is open to residents of the State of Indiana, and requires routine presence at our Center in Indianapolis, IN. Frequency of on‑site presence is dependent upon role and department needs.
