Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and provides pharmaceutical care for patients in assigned clinical unit.
• Participates in patient care rounds with medical staff.
• Performs pharmacotherapeutic monitoring and provides drug information to patients and health professionals.
• Educates staff and participates in staff development programs.
• Supports and participates in pharmaceutical-related research.
