Job summary

The Cincinnati VA Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Staff Physician in Hematology Oncology to provide clinical care for veterans and guide residents, fellows, and medical students. The role includes education and mentorship responsibilities within the Hematology Oncology section.

Eligible for a competitive Sign-On Bonus and the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP). The position requires medical licensure in the United States and board eligibility in hematology and/or oncology.

Qualifications

• Board certified or eligible in Hematology and/or Oncology with applicable experience.
• Experience as an attending for fellows, residents, and medical students.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care in the Hematology Oncology section.
• Oversee education of residents, fellows, and medical students.
• Support nurses and other staff in patient care and procedures.
• Participate in education rounds, lectures, and conferences.
