Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Takes histories and performs exams; documents in EPIC for consultations.
  • Assist/perform bone marrow biopsies to aid diagnosis and treatment.
  • Initiate and communicate plan of care; follow-up for screening and prep.
  • Coordinate care for inpatients and outpatients undergoing chemotherapy or workups.
  • Manage patient messages, refills, and symptom-related inquiries for hematology/oncology.
  • Assist with e-consults and referrals; write orders for meds and labs.
