• 0–2 years of experience in clinical specialty or new PA graduate.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under supervision, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, and ordering tests and medications.
• Document patient care accurately in records in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with medical teams and staff to ensure coordinated care.
• Consult nursing and ancillary staff on patient condition and care plan.
• Coordinate with supervising physicians to ensure patient safety and quality care.
• Perform delegated clinical duties within scope of practice.
• Communicate assessment and care plan to patients and families compassionately.
• Support continuity of care across multidisciplinary services.
