Hematology/Oncology Opening in Waterloo, Iowa

Full-Time & Permanent position seeking a BE/BC Hematologist/Oncologist to join a comprehensive cancer center.

Cancer Center Details:

• Only comprehensive, accredited, multidisciplinary cancer treatment center in 10 counties
• On-site radiation oncology, radiation therapy, infusion clinic, pharmacy, and pharmacist
• Participates in cooperative clinical trials and weekly tumor boards
• Private Infusion Suites; 13-chair Infusion Center with chemo-certified nurses
• Part of a 366-bed hospital serving 8 counties and approximately 280K residents
• Hospitalist team handles admissions
• Accreditations: CoC and NAPBC

Position Details:

• $550K three-year guarantee + production incentive (typically exceeds guarantee within 6 months)
• Potential income of $600K+ based on production
• $100K Starting Bonus
• $25K Longevity Bonus at the end of years 1, 2, and 3
• $15K Relocation Allowance
