Job description

A top hospital in Indiana, ranked within the top 10 of the "Top 200 Most Loved Workplaces in America," is seeking an Oncologist to join their team. Work in a state-of-the-art facility offering comprehensive cancer services under one roof.

The Opportunity:

1. Join a team of 7 Oncologists
2. Opportunity to subspecialize—up to 100% in one subspecialty or in up to 3 areas
3. Interest in Breast, Lung, Head and Neck, GI, GU, or Hematology
4. Majority outpatient practice
5. Low volume expectations—12-15 patients per day with APP support
6. Cover only one site
7. Utilize Epic EMR
8. Participate in academic-style tumor boards

There is also a 100% outpatient community-based position with no call, suitable for a general Oncologist.

The Compensation Package:

• $500,000–$600,000 guaranteed base salary plus bonuses for top-end income
• Full benefits package including medical, dental, disability, malpractice, retirement, student loan assistance, sign-on, and relocation
• 8 weeks of paid time off
