Job description

Oncology/Hematology Opening in Minnesota

Located in New Prague, MN, just 40 miles from Minneapolis, MN. This is a full-time, employed position within the Department of Hematology & Oncology. We are seeking a Medical Oncologist/Hematologist to join our Minnesota practice.

The position will have a primary practice at the newly-constructed cancer center in New Prague, MN, and will be part of a team of 9 physicians and 5 advanced practice providers in the main medical oncology practice. On-site services include chemotherapy and radiation oncology, supported by a dedicated team including radiation oncologists, nursing staff, clinical pharmacists, genetic counselors, social workers, and other support staff. The practice offers a mix of medical oncology and hematology with access to clinical trials.

Schedule Details:

1. A typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
2. Call responsibilities are shared among the provider team and are assigned evenly throughout the year.
3. Potential outreach 1-2 days a week to other locations within the Minnesota practice or Rochester, MN.
