Job description

Medical Facility is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified, fellowship-trained Hematology-Oncologist to join their regional Health Cancer Care Hematology Oncology team.

Highlights include:

6. Inpatient and outpatient clinical responsibilities will include: development of treatment plans for newly diagnosed patients, chemotherapy oversight, supervision of advanced practice providers for follow-up patients, participation in tumor board, and rounding at local hospitals
7. Health Oncology Kinston Cancer Center features an infusion suite with 12 infusion spaces, 10 patient exam rooms, a team of experienced nurses and nurse navigators, and radiation oncology services
8. Coverage includes caring for patients in Kinston, NC, as well as a satellite clinic in nearby Richlands, NC
9. Support from the Health Cancer Center multidisciplinary team in Greenville, NC
10. Ability to reside in Greenville, NC
11. Close proximity to the beautiful beaches of the North Carolina coast
