- Work 4.5 days per week with rotating phone call duties.

- Seeking primary care physicians who want to become owners in the practice and are willing to make a long-term commitment to serve their patients and communities
- Hiring for multiple offices in the Greenville area
- Outpatient primary care work
- Patients Per Day: 20+
- See ages 18+
- Work 4.5 days per week
- Rotating phone call about 2-3 days per month and 4-5 weekends per year
- Average calls per weeknight are 3.5 and 15 on the weekends
- Supervision of APPs is optional
- Patients admitted to the hospital are seen by hospitalists
- Organization Information:
- Shareholder gets 100% of profit with no cap
- Salaries in and above 90th percentile after 2 years
- Two-to-four-year partnership track. Partnership as early as two years with $15k stock purchase
- Employed model also an option
- Non-shareholders are paid a salary with opportunity to bonus at 50% of profit upon meeting goals
- Salary increases as profit increases
- Shareholders receive 100% of profit and have the option to own real estate with no buy-in which greatly enhances individual retirement portfolios
