This opportunity is based in a supportive and forward-thinking community oncology setting in Northwest & Central Ohio, serving over 1,200 new patients annually. It features a collaborative care team, fully integrated services, and access to national networks like Mayo Clinic's Care Network for clinical consultation.

The Role
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hematologist/Oncologist for a full-time or part-time position at a comprehensive cancer center undergoing an exciting renovation and expansion.
• Patient Mix: 50% Hematology / 50% Oncology
• Typical Cases: Breast, colon, lung, prostate
• Schedule Options:
o Traditional: 4 days clinic / 1 remote admin day + 1:4 inpatient call
o Alternative: 3x12s, week-on/off, etc. (customizable)
• Support Team:
o Dedicated RN & MA per physician
o 2 NPs
o Onsite board-certified oncology pharmacist
• Onsite Services:
o Infusion therapy, radiation oncology, CT simulator, linear accelerator
o Genetic counseling, nutrition, clinical trials, tumor board
o Social work, navigation, hospitalist admit support
o Mayo eConsults and eTumor Boards
• Environment:
o Local decision-making
o Leadership actively seeks physician input
o Time-rich patient care

Compensation & Perks:
• Base Salary: $500,000-$600,000 (continues beyond initial term)
