Practice Details:
- Currently, there are 2 oncologists, and the group is looking to add a 3rd and ultimately a 4th provider. The goal is to have 4 full-time providers.
- Full-time position: Monday through Friday.
- 36 Patient Contact Hours per week, with 4 administrative hours.
- Patient visit times: 1 hour for new patient visits; follow-up visits are 30 to 45 minutes.
- Call schedule: 1:3, consult-only service with no hospital admissions (aiming for 1:4 eventually).
- Rounding: Physicians typically have 1-week blocks, handling 3-5 consults per week in the hospital. Consults and rounding are performed by the on-call physician.
- Case mix: 40% Hematology and 60% Oncology.
- Each physician has dedicated RN support.
- Experience sponsoring H1B and J1 visa candidates is required.
Compensation:
- Signing and relocation bonuses.
- Base salary, typically at MGMA median, plus WRVU bonuses.

- Located 15 miles from Myrtle Beach and the Atlantic Ocean, maintaining a charming Southern town atmosphere amidst tourism.
