Hematology/Oncology Position Opening in Conway, SC

Full-Time & Permanent

Seeking a BE/BC Hematologist/Oncologist to join a hospital due to growing need.

Requirements & Details

1. Experience Required
2. Currently, there are 2 oncologists. They are looking for a 3rd and ultimately a 4th. The goal is to have 4 full-time providers in the group.
3. 2024 candidates accepted as well as those currently practicing. H1B candidates accepted.
4. 2 NPs with 14+ Years of Experience
5. Full-time position, Monday through Friday
6. 36 Patient Contact Hours, 4 Administrative Hours/week
7. 1 Hour for New Patient Visits; 30-45 Minutes for Follow-Ups
8. 1:3 Call Consult-Only Service - No Admissions (Goal is to be 1:4 ultimately)
9. Rounding: Physicians typically have 1-week blocks (3-5 consults a week) in the hospital. Consults and rounding are done by the physician on call.
10. Work Distribution: 40% Hematology and 60% Oncology
11. Each physician has their own designated RN for support
12. Compensation: Base Salary (Typically MGMA Median) Plus WRVU Bonuses
13. Signing and Relocation Bonuses
14. Non-Profit Hospital System
