Job summary

Atrium Health Levine Cancer in Huntersville, NC is seeking a Hematology/Oncology APP to join the outpatient infusion center team. The full-time role offers day shifts (Mon-Fri, 8 am–6 pm) with four 10-hour shifts, no nights, weekends, or on-call.

Graduation from an accredited NP program with NC licensure, prescriptive privileges, DEA license, and BLS are required. Hemato/oncology experience and strong multidisciplinary collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year APP experience; hematology/oncology experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hematology/oncology APP coverage in outpatient infusion center.
• Day shift: Mon-Fri, 8:00–18:00, four 10-hour shifts; no nights, weekends, or on-call.

Position Description

• Outpatient, Infusion center
• Full-time (40 hours)
• Day shift, Four 10 hours shifts, 8 am- 6 pm Monday- Friday
• No nights, weekends, or call

Position Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited NP program. Current license to practice as a NP in North Carolina.
• Current prescriptive privileges and DEA license required. BLS for healthcare provider from AHA required.
• Nurse practitioners are required to have a master’s degree or doctorate in nursing practice.
• At least 1 year of experience preferred as an APP. Hematology/Oncology experience required.
• Demonstrates appropriate critical thinking and interpersonal skills when working in a fast paced, high acuity work environment. Able to perform thorough history and physical assessment. Able to work with multidisciplinary team.
